Jenisha's medical papers (from CMC Vellore and LV Prasad Eye Institute)

Jenisha's eye has not been checked at an appropriate centre after she was seen as a one and half month old baby at the LV Prasad Eye Institute in Aug2014. Whereas her congenital hydrocephalus is being checked more regularly in 12Apr2016 and 18Jan2017 at Neurology Unit 1, CMC Vellore.
